FountainGate Fellowship will be going on a mission trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica. October 13th through Wednesday, October 21st, 2026.
In October 2025, Hurricane Melissa devastated Jamaica. Join us, as we serve as the hands and feet of Jesus, supporting the good work God has already begun- rebuilding and restoring
We will be serving with Pastors Peter & Betty Burnett at Emmanuel Caribbean University. Our mission will be to assist with construction and repair work at the university, provide ministry to the surrounding community, i.e. VBS, as well as interaction with local churches. Contingent on availability, we will provide basic medical and dental treatment.
Age range for participants is 16 years and above. Younger children accompanied by parents are also eligible.
The cost for the trip will be approximately $2000 per person. This includes round trip airfare from Abilene, along with room and board, and transportation on the island.
An initial deposit of $200 will be required at registration and a payment plan established for the remaining balance if needed. In addition to the above, you will need to purchase a passport.
Our kickoff meeting will be January 25, 2026 following Sunday Service in the Youth Room. We will discuss the purpose of the mission, fund raising and support. This will be an optimal time to get answers for any questions or concerns you may have.
We will have monthly meetings for training and times of prayer to prepare for the mission God sending us on.
